1. Colors for the site.
2. Context such as Home, About, Property / products, Local information, contact information. In other words what main pages you would like to have on your site.
3. Do you want to link properties/products to the MLS or other sites?
4. Would you like some type of animation on your site? This animation could be something like having your name flash in, menus with mouse over actions such as change of color etc.
5. Look at sites in your profession to see what others are doing and what you might like about what they are doing.

Web page maintenance is offered to the webs that we build and others based on a one on one approval. We can do anything you lke on a one-time or monthly basis. We work with html, Dreamweaver, Flash and a few others.
Rates
Our rates are $60.00 an hour with a one hour minimum and one half hour increments afterwards.
